Privacy Notice

It is important that you read this notice, together with any other privacy notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal information about you so that you are aware of how and why we are using such information.

We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this privacy notice and it is important that you understand it. The information that we hold about you

In order that we can provide our services to you, we collect personal information about you (such as your name, postal address, email address, phone numbers, date of birth, payment details) when you sign up to participate in or receive a service from us such as getting quote, live chat, making a telephone enquiry, managing your account online, checking-in online, or face to face if you come to our site to sign a Contract. We may also collect personal information when you contact us, send us feedback, complete customer surveys and participate in any competitions.

We do not normally collect, store or use more Sensitive Personal Data or “special categories of data” as it is known under the GDPR. Sensitive Personal Data requires a higher level of protection.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. In case of any such changes, we will post the changed Privacy Policy on our website or publish it otherwise. The changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website.
